- 300 ml double cream

Instructions
- Crush the Oreo Cookies:

- You can do this using a food processor, place the Oreos in a sandwich bag and bash it with a rolling pin, or crumble them with your hands into small chunks.
- Whip the Cream:
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk the double cream on high speed until it doubles in size, thickens, and forms soft peaks. Be careful not to overwhip the cream as it could split.
- Combine and Chill:
- Use a spatula to gently fold the crushed Oreos into the whipped cream mixture.
- Spoon or pipe the mousse into glasses or cups and refrigerate for 2 hours.
- Serve:
- Before serving, top with whipped cream, crushed Oreos, and an Oreo cookie on top for extra indulgence.
