Instructions
-
Preheat Air Fryer: Set your air fryer to 400°F and preheat for 3–5 minutes.
-
Prepare Chicken and Veggies: In a large bowl, toss cubed chicken and vegetables (zucchini, squash, carrot, and broccoli) together.
-
Make the Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, garlic, ground ginger, sesame seeds, and brown sugar (if using).
-
Coat the Chicken and Veggies: Pour the sauce over the chicken and vegetables. Mix well to evenly coat.
-
Air Fry: Place the chicken and vegetable mixture into the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook at 400°F for 10–12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through. Ensure the chicken is cooked through and veggies are lightly charred but tender.
- Serve: Serve hot with a drizzle of extra sauce or sesame seeds, and enjoy!
Notes
-
For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in the sauce for 15–30 minutes before cooking.
-
Avoid overcrowding the air fryer basket to ensure even cooking.
-
You can add extra vegetables like bell peppers or mushrooms for variety.
- Serve over rice, noodles, or cauliflower rice for a low-carb option.
