1 small French baguette, cut into ½-inch thick slices

1 lb shrimp, peeled, deveined, and minced

4 ounces cream cheese, cut into small cubes

1 green onion, thinly sliced
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush both sides lightly with olive oil. Toast in oven for about 5–7 minutes until slightly golden. Remove and set aside.

In a mixing bowl, combine minced shrimp, chopped onion, celery, garlic, Cajun seasoning, black pepper, and salt to taste. Mix well.

Add cream cheese cubes and gently fold to combine, creating a creamy shrimp mixture.

Spread the shrimp mixture evenly over the toasted baguette slices.

Sprinkle shaved Parmesan and Fontina cheeses on top.
