- 1/4 cup sour cream

- 1 pound green cabbage (1/2 medium head or 6 cups finely sliced)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons dill, fresh or frozen, chopped
- 2 tablespoons green onion, finely chopped, plus more to garnish
- 4 ounces mozzarella cheese (1 1/2 cups shredded)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×9-inch baking dish or similar-sized casserole dish.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, sour cream, mayonnaise, flour, baking powder, and cornstarch until smooth and combined.
- Stir in the salt, dill, and green onion.
- Add the finely sliced cabbage to the mixture and fold until the cabbage is well coated.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it out evenly.
- Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until the casserole is set, golden on top, and a knife inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let it cool slightly before serving. Garnish with additional chopped green onions if desired.

- If you prefer a stronger flavor, you can substitute the mozzarella with a sharp cheddar cheese.
