Caramel Cheesecake Nutella Brownies are a decadent, layered treat featuring fudgy cocoa brownies topped with creamy cheesecake swirled with rich Nutella. These brownies combine the best of chocolate, cheesecake, and hazelnut flavors into a luscious dessert that’s perfect for special occasions or satisfying any sweet tooth.
Ingredients
Brownie Mixture:

1 cup granulated sugar

½ cup unsalted butter, melted

⅓ cup Dutch-processed cocoa powder, unsweetened

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

½ cup all-purpose flour

Pinch of salt
Cheesecake Mixture:

1 package (8 oz / 250 g) cream cheese, softened

¼ cup granulated sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 egg yolk

1 cup Nutella (½ cup for making dollops to freeze, ½ cup for topping)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, combine sugar, melted butter, and cocoa powder until smooth.

Add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing well.

Stir in flour and salt until just combined. Set brownie batter aside.

In another bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, and egg yolk until smooth.

Gently fold in ½ cup of Nutella into the cheesecake mixture until swirled.

Pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.

Dollop spoonfuls of the cheesecake mixture over the brownie layer. Freeze ½ cup Nutella in small dollops on parchment separately (optional step for later use).

Pour remaining brownie batter over the cheesecake dollops.

Using a knife or skewer, swirl the layers gently to create a marbled effect.

Bake for 30–35 minutes or until the top is set and a toothpick inserted near the center comes out with moist crumbs.

Remove from oven and immediately drop dollops of frozen Nutella on top, allowing them to melt slightly, then gently swirl into the top layer.
