  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Dijon-style mustard
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons poppy seeds (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Toast the Pecans (Optional):
    Place pecans in a dry pan over medium heat. Toast until fragrant, stirring occasionally. Set aside to cool and then finely chop.

    In a large bowl, combine the rotisserie chicken, chopped pecans, dried cranberries, celery, mayonnaise, sour cream, honey, Dijon mustard, poppy seeds, and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir gently until everything is well coated.
