Description

Cinnamon Sugar Pizza is a sweet and simple dessert made with crescent roll dough, a buttery cinnamon-sugar topping, and a drizzle of vanilla glaze. It’s warm, flaky, and perfect for satisfying a sweet tooth with minimal effort. Great for parties, weeknight treats, or a fun twist on traditional dessert!

Ingredients

Scale

For the Pizza Base:

  • 2 cans (8 oz each) refrigerated crescent roll dough

  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

For the Cinnamon Sugar Topping:

  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar

  • 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon

For the Glaze:

  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

  • 1 tablespoon milk

  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet or pizza pan with parchment paper.

  • Unroll crescent roll dough and press the seams together to form a single large rectangle or circle on the baking sheet.

  • Brush the entire surface of the dough with melted butter.

  • In a small bowl, mix the granulated sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle the mixture evenly over the buttered dough.

  • Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the crust is golden and puffed.

  • While the pizza bakes, whisk together the powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract in a small bowl to make the glaze.

  • Remove the pizza from the oven and let cool slightly. Drizzle the glaze over the top.

  • Slice and serve warm.

Notes

  • For extra crisp edges, pre-bake the dough for 3–4 minutes before adding the cinnamon sugar topping.

  • Add chopped pecans or a sprinkle of coarse sugar for texture.

  • Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days.
