Description

These Crack Chicken Tenders are irresistibly crunchy, creamy, and full of flavor. With a simple coating of mayonnaise, ranch seasoning, and Parmesan cheese, they’re baked to perfection and topped with crushed Ritz crackers for an extra crispy finish. Perfect for dinner or as a tasty appetizer!

  • 1 lb. chicken tenders

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

  • 1 packet Ranch seasoning mix

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/2 tsp onion powder

  • 1 cup Ritz crackers, crushed


Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

  • In a bowl, combine the mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, Ranch seasoning mix, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir until well blended.

  • Coat the chicken tenders in the mayonnaise mixture, making sure each piece is well-covered.

  • In a separate bowl, crush the Ritz crackers into small crumbs.

  • Dredge each mayonnaise-coated chicken tender in the crushed Ritz crackers, pressing gently to ensure they stick.

  • Arrange the coated chicken tenders on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a greased baking rack.

  • Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken tenders are golden and crispy, and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

  • Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

  • You can substitute the Ritz crackers with other types of crackers if desired.
