1 cup ricotta cheese

1/2 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs

Instructions

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the penne pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken slices, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 5-7 minutes until golden and fully cooked. Remove the chicken and set aside.
