Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray or butter.

Pour the egg and cream cheese mixture over the top, spreading evenly to cover all the ingredients.

-
Bake:
-
Bake the casserole in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the eggs are fully set, and the top is lightly golden.
-
-
Serve:

Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving. Serve hot for a delicious breakfast or brunch.
-
Notes
-
If you prefer a spicier casserole, feel free to add more jalapeños or even a pinch of cayenne pepper to the egg mixture.
-
You can substitute the ham with cooked sausage, bacon, or turkey if you prefer.
- Add extra veggies like bell peppers, onions, or spinach for a more hearty dish.
