- 2 teaspoons garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 teaspoons sesame seeds
- 2 teaspoons chopped chives

Prepare the Salmon
- Pat the salmon cubes dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
- Season the salmon with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Pour about a tablespoon of olive oil over the salmon and massage the seasoning into the cubes.

Cook the Salmon
- Heat a heavy skillet over medium-high heat and add a tablespoon of olive oil.
- Add the seasoned salmon cubes in a single layer and cook for 4-5 minutes, flipping them often, until crispy and golden.
- Transfer the cooked salmon to a plate and set aside. Cook the remaining salmon cubes the same way.

Make the Honey Garlic Sauce
- In the same skillet, add the remaining oil and sauté the garlic and ginger for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Stir in the soy sauce, rice vinegar, and honey.
- Let the sauce simmer for 3-5 minutes until it thickens.

Combine the Salmon and Sauce
- Add the crispy salmon back into the skillet and toss gently to coat with the sauce.
- Taste and adjust seasonings if necessary.
