  • 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1.0 ounce packet Ranch dressing seasoning mix

  • 2 pounds chicken tenders

  • 1/2 cup salted butter, melted

  • 2 tablespoons dried parsley leaves, divided


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

  • In a shallow bowl, mix together Parmesan cheese, ranch seasoning mix, and 1 tablespoon dried parsley.

  • Dip each chicken tender in melted butter, then coat thoroughly in the Parmesan-ranch mixture. Place coated tenders on the prepared baking sheet.

  • Drizzle any remaining melted butter over the chicken tenders.

  • Bake for 20-25 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and coating is crispy and golden.

  • Sprinkle with the remaining tablespoon of dried parsley before serving.
