Ingredients

1 (16-ounce) package linguine, or fettuccine or spaghetti

4 chicken breasts, cooked and diced

2 (10.5-ounce) cans cream of chicken soup

2 cups sour cream

½ cup unsalted butter, softened

1 cup chicken broth
-
1 teaspoon garlic salt with parsley flakes

½ teaspoon black pepper

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a large bowl, mix together the cream of chicken soup, sour cream, softened butter, chicken broth, garlic salt, and pepper until well combined.

Add cooked pasta and diced chicken to the sauce mixture. Toss until everything is evenly coated.

Transfer to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.

Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over the top, followed by Parmesan cheese.

Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.

Remove foil and bake an additional 10 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
