1 box (8 oz) Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix (dry mix only)

15 ounces whole kernel corn (drained)

15 ounces creamed corn (do not drain)

1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup melted butter
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large bowl, combine the Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix, whole kernel corn, creamed corn, sour cream, and melted butter. Stir until well mixed.

Pour the mixture into a greased 9×9-inch baking dish or a similar-sized casserole dish.

Bake for 45–50 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
