A super simple and flavorful skillet dish where tender chicken breasts are seasoned and topped with crispy bacon, melted spicy Pepper Jack cheese, and creamy ranch dressing—finished with fresh green onions for a crowd-pleasing, cheesy delight.
Ingredients

8 slices bacon

6 chicken breasts, thinly sliced

1 tsp salt

1 tsp black pepper

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1 cup ranch dressing

12 slices Pepper Jack cheese

3 green onions, chopped
Instructions

Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove bacon and drain on paper towels. Reserve 1-2 tbsp bacon fat in skillet.

Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.

Add chicken slices to the skillet with bacon fat and cook over medium heat until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side.

Reduce heat to low. Spread ranch dressing evenly over the chicken. Top each breast with 2 slices of Pepper Jack cheese.

Crumble cooked bacon and sprinkle on top of the cheese. Cover skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes until cheese melts.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.

For extra spice, add a pinch of cayenne pepper or red pepper flakes.
