Spread a generous amount of cheesecake filling on four slices of bread. Top with sliced strawberries, then cover with the remaining bread slices to form sandwiches. -
Prepare the Coating:
In a shallow bowl, whisk together flour, cinnamon, and salt. In another shallow bowl, whisk together eggs and milk. Place granulated sugar in a third shallow bowl. -
Coat the Sandwiches:
