Description

These crispy, flavorful garlic parmesan wings are a perfect combination of savory, cheesy, and just a hint of heat. Coated in a buttery garlic parmesan sauce, these wings are a must-try for any wing lover!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1.5 lbs chicken wings (flat and drum pieces)
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon seasoned salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Garlic Parmesan Sauce:

  • ⅓ cup butter, melted and room temperature
  • ½ cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, freshly chopped
  • 1 ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  • Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels. This helps them get crispy when baked.
  • In a large bowl, combine the baking powder, seasoned salt, and black pepper. Toss the wings in this dry mixture until evenly coated.
  • Place the wings in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake the wings in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.
  • While the wings are baking, prepare the garlic parmesan sauce. In a bowl, mix the melted butter, grated parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, garlic powder, black pepper, seasoned salt, and hot sauce.
  • Once the wings are done, remove them from the oven and toss them in the garlic parmesan sauce until fully coated.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

  • Make sure to use a cooling rack on top of the baking sheet to allow air circulation around the wings for maximum crispiness.
  • For a stronger garlic flavor, you can add extra garlic powder or even minced fresh garlic to the sauce.
  • You can adjust the level of heat by adding more or less hot sauce, depending on your preference.
