Garlic Parmesan Wings are a perfect blend of crispy, savory, and cheesy goodness. Coated in a rich garlic butter sauce and generously sprinkled with Parmesan cheese, these wings are sure to become a crowd favorite. Whether baked or fried, they are crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and packed with flavor. Serve them as an appetizer or main course, and enjoy this delicious, easy-to-make dish for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1012 chicken wings
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic (or 1 teaspoon garlic powder)
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley (optional)
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)

Instructions

  • Prepare the Wings: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels to ensure crispiness. Season them with salt, pepper, and olive oil, ensuring an even coat.
  • Bake the Wings: Arrange the wings in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy. For extra crispiness, broil the wings for the last 2-3 minutes.
  • Make the Garlic Butter Sauce: While the wings bake, melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic (or garlic powder) and sauté for 1-2 minutes, until fragrant. Be careful not to burn the garlic. Remove from heat, then stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until smooth.
  • Coat the Wings: Once baked, transfer the wings to a large mixing bowl. Pour the garlic Parmesan sauce over the wings and toss gently to coat evenly.
  • Serve and Garnish: Serve the wings on a platter, garnished with fresh parsley for color. Enjoy hot.

Notes

  • For extra crispy wings, bake them on a wire rack on top of the baking sheet.
  • If you prefer spicy wings, add red pepper flakes to the garlic butter sauce or drizzle with hot sauce before serving.
  • You can also deep-fry the wings for an extra crispy texture if desired.
