Description

These Ham, Egg, & Cheese Breakfast Sliders are the perfect combination of savory ham, melted cheese, and scrambled eggs, all nestled between soft slider buns. This easy, crowd-pleasing breakfast is great for meal prep or a quick morning bite.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 sheet slider buns (butter or potato style)

  • 6 slices ham

  • 6 slices cheese (cheddar, Swiss, or your favorite type)

  • 12 eggs

  • 1/21 cup melted butter (plus 1 tablespoon for cooking eggs)

Instructions

  • Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

  • Prepare the Slider Buns: Place the entire sheet of slider buns on a baking sheet. If using butter buns, you can lightly toast them for added flavor, or leave them as is.

  • Cook the Eggs: In a skillet, melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat. Crack the eggs into a bowl, whisk them together, and pour into the skillet. Scramble the eggs, cooking them until they are just set and no longer runny.

  • Assemble the Sliders: Place a slice of ham on the bottom of each slider bun. Add a slice of cheese on top of the ham, followed by a generous portion of scrambled eggs.

  • Top the Sliders: Place the top buns on each slider. Brush the tops of the buns with the melted butter, ensuring they’re well-coated.

  • Bake: Place the sliders in the preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese has melted and the buns are slightly golden.

  • Serve: Remove the sliders from the oven, cut them apart, and serve immediately.

Notes

  • You can use any type of cheese you like, such as cheddar, Swiss, or provolone.

  • Add extras like sautéed spinach, bacon, or a drizzle of hot sauce for more flavor.

  • These sliders can be made in advance and reheated for a quick breakfast on the go.
