Description

This sweet and tangy Honey Mustard Sauce is a versatile condiment that pairs perfectly with chicken, fries, sandwiches, or as a dipping sauce. With a blend of creamy mayonnaise, zesty mustard, and the natural sweetness of honey, it’s easy to make and adds a delicious kick to your favorite dishes.

Ingredients

Scale
  • ½ cup mayonnaise

  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

  • 2 tablespoons yellow mustard

  • ⅓ cup honey

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  • ¼ teaspoon paprika

  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, yellow mustard, and honey.

  • Stir in the lemon juice and paprika, mixing until well combined.

  • Season with salt and pepper to taste. Adjust the sweetness or tanginess by adding more honey or mustard, if desired.

  • Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to a week.

Notes

  • You can adjust the mustard ratio depending on how tangy you like your sauce. More Dijon mustard will add extra sharpness.

  • If you prefer a spicier version, try adding a pinch of cayenne pepper or hot sauce.

  • This sauce can also be used as a salad dressing or a topping for burgers and grilled meats.
