Description

Indulge in the ultimate comfort food mashup with this Loaded Bacon Cheeseburger Alfredo Pasta. Juicy ground beef, crispy bacon, and melty cheddar cheese come together in a creamy Alfredo sauce tossed with tender fettuccine. Finished with fresh tomatoes and parsley, this dish is a hearty, satisfying crowd-pleaser that’s perfect for dinner any night of the week.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef

  • 8 strips bacon, chopped

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 16 ounces fettuccine pasta

  • 2 cups heavy cream

  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • Chopped parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  • Cook fettuccine pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  • In a large skillet over medium heat, cook chopped bacon until crispy. Remove bacon and drain on paper towels, leaving the rendered fat in the pan.

  • Add ground beef to the skillet with bacon fat and cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

  • Lower heat and pour in heavy cream, stirring to combine. Simmer gently for 3-4 minutes.

  • Stir in Parmesan cheese and cheddar cheese until melted and sauce is creamy.

  • Add cooked fettuccine, crispy bacon, and diced tomatoes to the skillet. Toss everything together until pasta is coated and ingredients are evenly mixed.

  • Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes while cooking the beef.

  • Use turkey bacon or lean ground turkey for a lighter version.

  • Fresh diced tomatoes add a burst of freshness but canned can be substituted.
