Description

Millionaire Pie is a decadent and no-bake dessert that’s perfect for any occasion. With a creamy filling made from sweetened condensed milk, whipped topping, and tropical ingredients like pineapple, coconut, and pecans, this pie is rich, refreshing, and simply irresistible. It’s an easy, crowd-pleasing dessert that’s sure to impress.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 (8-ounce) tub whipped topping (e.g., Cool Whip), thawed
  • ¼ cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 (20-ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
  • ½ cup chopped pecans (optional)
  • ½ cup maraschino cherries, chopped (optional)
  • 2 pre-made graham cracker crusts (9-inch)

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk, whipped topping, and lemon juice. Stir until smooth and well combined.
  • Add the drained crushed pineapple, shredded coconut, chopped pecans, and maraschino cherries (if using). Gently fold these ingredients into the mixture until evenly distributed.
  • Spoon the filling into the two graham cracker crusts, dividing it evenly between the two.
  • Smooth the top with a spatula and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to allow the pie to set.
  • Before serving, garnish with additional shredded coconut, chopped pecans, or maraschino cherries, if desired.
  • Slice and enjoy!

Notes

  • If you prefer a lighter version, you can use light whipped topping and reduce the sugar by using a sugar-free sweetened condensed milk.
  • This pie is versatile! You can add or omit ingredients like chopped walnuts, crushed macadamia nuts, or even a layer of caramel for added flavor.
  • It’s best served chilled and can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
