Description

Tender and flavorful chicken bites baked to perfection with a garlic-herb marinade featuring balsamic vinegar and aromatic spices. A simple, healthy dish perfect for snacks, appetizers, or a quick meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 cube chicken bouillon, crushed into powder

  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

  • 1 teaspoon dried basil

  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

  • In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, melted butter, balsamic vinegar, garlic, chicken bouillon powder, oregano, basil, paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

  • Add chicken pieces to the marinade and toss well to coat evenly. Let marinate for at least 15 minutes for best flavor.

  • Arrange chicken bites in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or lightly greased.

  • Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and lightly browned.

  • Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

  • You can marinate the chicken longer (up to 2 hours) to deepen the flavor.

  • Serve with dipping sauces or over rice or salad for a complete meal.

  • Adjust seasoning to taste, especially salt, depending on the bouillon used.
