- 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 8 medium red potatoes, halved lengthwise
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, grated Parmesan, garlic powder, and dried Italian seasoning.
- Place the halved red potatoes on the prepared baking sheet, cut side up.
- Brush the Parmesan butter mixture generously over the cut sides of each potato.
- Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
- Bake the potatoes in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the potatoes are golden and crispy on the edges and easily pierced with a fork.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
