A festive, no-bake layered dessert inspired by the classic Shamrock Shake. Creamy chocolate cheesecake, mint pudding, and Oreo crust come together with whipped cream and festive garnishes for a show-stopping, crowd-pleasing treat.
Ingredients
For the Oreo Crust:

36 Oreo cookies, ground (mint or regular)

Chocolate Cheesecake Layer:

8 oz cream cheese (brick style), softened

1 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 (0.7 oz) envelopes instant hot cocoa mix, milk chocolate flavor

1 tablespoon cocoa powder

1¼ cups Cool Whip (or homemade whipped cream, whipped to stiff peaks)
Mint Layer:

3 (3.4 oz) packages vanilla instant pudding mix

3 cups milk

1 teaspoon mint extract (adjust to taste)

Green food coloring, a few drops

3½ cups Cool Whip (or homemade whipped cream, whipped to stiff peaks)
Garnish:

2 cups whipped cream

Maraschino cherries

Green sprinkles
Instructions

Prepare the Oreo crust: Mix ground Oreos with melted butter until combined. Press firmly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish. Chill while preparing other layers.

Chocolate Cheesecake Layer: Beat butter and cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar, vanilla, cocoa mix, and cocoa powder; mix well. Gently fold in Cool Whip until combined. Spread evenly over the Oreo crust.

Mint Layer: In a large bowl, whisk pudding mix and milk for 2 minutes until thickened. Stir in mint extract and green food coloring until desired shade is reached. Fold in Cool Whip until smooth. Spread over the chocolate cheesecake layer.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.

Before serving, spread whipped cream over the top. Garnish with maraschino cherries and green sprinkles.
