Description

A festive, creamy layered dessert combining rich chocolate and refreshing mint pudding, topped with whipped cream and garnished with chocolate or mint candies. Perfect for St. Patrick’s Day or any time you want a fun, no-bake treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 package (3.4 oz) instant chocolate pudding mix

  • 2 cups cold milk

  • 1 package (3.4 oz) instant mint pudding mix

  • 2 cups cold milk

  • 1 cup whipped cream or whipped topping

  • Green food coloring (optional)

  • Chocolate shavings or mint candies (for garnish)


Instructions

  • In a bowl, whisk chocolate pudding mix with 2 cups cold milk until thickened (about 2 minutes).

  • In a separate bowl, whisk mint pudding mix with 2 cups cold milk until thickened. Add green food coloring if desired.

  • Spoon chocolate pudding evenly into serving cups.

  • Layer the mint pudding on top of the chocolate layer.

  • Top with whipped cream or whipped topping.

  • Garnish with chocolate shavings or mint candies.

  • Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
