-
3 tbsp BBQ seasoning
-
1 cup BBQ sauce (Hickory, Kansas City style, or your favorite variety)
Instructions
-
Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
-
Rub the chicken evenly with BBQ seasoning, coating all sides.
-
Place the seasoned chicken thighs in the slow cooker in a single layer.

Pour BBQ sauce over the chicken, ensuring all pieces are covered.
-
Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or on high for 3–4 hours until the chicken is tender and cooked through.

For a caramelized finish, optionally transfer chicken to a baking sheet, brush with additional BBQ sauce, and broil for 3–5 minutes until sauce is bubbly and slightly charred.

Use bone-in, skin-on thighs for maximum flavor and moisture.
-
Adjust BBQ seasoning and sauce to your preferred spice level.
-
Leftovers store well and can be shredded for sandwiches or salads.
