Ingredients

Instructions

Cook the chicken: Season and cook chicken breast over medium heat until cooked through, about 6–8 minutes per side. Let rest, then slice or shred.

Cook soba noodles: Prepare noodles according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water. Set aside.

Make the peanut sauce: In a blender or food processor, combine peanut butter, water, soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, lime juice, garlic, chili sauce, and peanuts. Blend until smooth. Adjust water for consistency and spice to taste.
