This refreshing, no-bake dessert is the perfect combination of creamy, fruity, and crunchy. With a buttery graham cracker crust, a smooth and fluffy cream cheese filling, and topped with fresh strawberries, bananas, and a sweet strawberry glaze, this dessert is sure to be a crowd-pleaser.

Ingredients

Scale

For the Crust:

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar

For the Filling:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream, whipped to stiff peaks

For the Toppings:

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 2 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 1/2 cup strawberry preserves, warmed slightly

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a bowl, mix together the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar until well combined.
  • Press the graham cracker mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9×9-inch or 9×13-inch baking dish to form an even crust. Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the crust is golden. Remove from the oven and let cool completely.
  • For the filling: In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with the powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  • In another bowl, whip the heavy cream to stiff peaks. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined.
  • Spread the cream cheese filling evenly over the cooled graham cracker crust.
  • Arrange the sliced strawberries and bananas on top of the cream filling.
  • Warm the strawberry preserves slightly in the microwave or on the stovetop until just melted, and drizzle it over the fruit.
  • Refrigerate the dessert for at least 2 hours before serving to allow the flavors to meld and the dessert to firm up.
  • Serve chilled and enjoy the creamy, fruity layers of this delightful dessert!

Notes

  • For a gluten-free option, use gluten-free graham cracker crumbs.
  • You can also drizzle extra strawberry preserves on top before serving for an extra burst of flavor.
  • If you prefer a thicker filling, use less whipped cream or add more cream cheese.
  • Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
