3/4 cup (90 g) powdered sugar

2 tablespoons (29.57 ml) strawberry preserves (Bonne Maman strawberry preserves is recommended)

Instructions

Prepare the Brownies:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, mix the strawberry cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract until combined and smooth.

Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread it evenly.

Bake for 18-22 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let the brownies cool in the pan on a wire rack.
